The program

One program. One contract. One team.

We run the program that moves enterprise graphs onto open, governed infrastructure. You contract with The Guild - the people who maintain the software. We stay with you from the first call to the day your team runs it without us.

Not every graph needs moving. We’ll tell you that on the first call.

Federation pain is rarely an architecture problem. A schema nobody owns, a registry nobody enforces, a gateway chosen before the estate was understood - those have cheaper answers than a migration, and we will point you at them.

When a migration is the right answer it is usually clear inside an hour. We will tell you that just as plainly.

Everything we put in your stack is MIT and runs in your own cloud. You could fork it. Almost nobody does - that it is possible is the point.

One agreement, with the people who maintain the code.

You sign with The Guild. One contract only.

One team, one thread.

A program lead who owns the sequence, the dates and the answers.

A migration engineer who does the work alongside your platform team.

A core Hive maintainer in the architecture sessions and the migration reviews.

How the program runs.

Nothing moves until you move it. The first four weeks change nothing in production.

Every stage is reversible. Traffic shifts behind your own flags, and the rollback is a flag rather than a deploy.

Exit criteria are published first. You know what finished means before anything changes.

Your team is certified at the end. The program has an end, and that is the last stage of it.

Bring us your graph.

One call, an engineer on it, and a straight answer about whether this is worth doing for you.
